Set Apart Roofing provides in-person video roof inspections in Newnan, Peachtree City, and across Coweta and Fayette County, GA. We check the shingles, flashing, pipe boots, valleys, ventilation, gutters, and attic when accessible, then walk you through photos and video of what we found and what, if anything, needs attention.
When to get a roof inspection
Every layer we can reach.
An inspection should leave you with answers, not a sales pitch. Here is what we look at on every roof.
Shingles
Granule loss, hail bruising, creases, lifted tabs, algae.
Flashing and pipe boots
Chimneys, walls, skylights, plumbing vents.
Valleys and ridges
Where water concentrates and leaks start.
Ventilation
Intake and exhaust balance, which affects shingle life.
Gutters and attic
Drainage, decking from below, signs of moisture.
How an inspection goes.
Any roofer can tell you that you need a new roof. Ask them to show you. On every inspection, we hand you the pictures.

About roof inspections.
Roof inspections for homeowners are free. If you need a written report for a real estate transaction, ask us when you call.
Most inspections take about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size and pitch of the roof and whether the attic is accessible.
We prefer it, so we can walk you through what we found in person, but we can also send you the photos and video and talk by phone.
Hail usually leaves dark, round bruises where granules have been knocked loose, sometimes with a soft spot underneath. It is often invisible from the ground, which is why an on-roof inspection matters after a storm.
